Client Service Agreement

1. Scope of Automated Services

Parkers Pro will deploy its proprietary AI-driven marketing infrastructure to build, track, and optimize local advertising campaigns for the Client. Standard monthly deliverables include:

 

 

• AI Creative Generation: Production of short-form, vertical video commercials utilizing automated scriptwriting, digital avatars, and product/brand asset scraping.
• Autonomous Ad Campaign Management: 24/7 campaign tracking, budget balancing, and algorithmic audience optimization deployed across selected social networks (including Meta/TikTok).
• Hyperlocal Location Targeting: Restricting ad distribution exclusively within the Client's requested geographic service radiuses or zip codes.

2. Transparent Fee Structure & Invoicing

The Client agrees to a flat-rate billing model. No hidden percentage commissions or usage fees apply:

• Monthly Agency Retainer: $__________ per month paid directly to Parkers Pro LLC for software licensing, maintenance, report delivery, and ongoing campaign configuration.

 

Advertising Spend (“Ad Spend”): The Client is solely responsible for funding their daily advertising budget (suggested minimum of $20.00/day). The Client must link their own corporate credit card directly to their Facebook/TikTok ad manager profiles. All network ad space costs are billed directly to the Client by the respective social network platforms. Parkers Pro will never bill the Client for, nor advance payments for, live Ad Spend.

 

Payment Schedule & Automatic Recurring Billing

• The Initial Invoice: Payment of the first month’s retainer fee ($997.00) is due immediately upon execution of this contract before campaign setup or software integrations begin.
• Recurring Billing Cycle: The Client authorizes Parkers Pro to automatically charge the credit card or bank account on file exactly every thirty (30) days from the date of signup.

4. No-Lock-In Contract & Cancellation Policy

Parkers Pro operates strictly on a Month-to-Month commitment basis. We believe in earning your local business every single month:

• Cancellation Window: The Client may terminate this agreement at any time by providing a written notice via email to billing@parkerspro.com at least five (5) business days prior to their next scheduled monthly recurring billing invoice date.

 

No Refunds: If cancellation occurs mid-cycle, services will continue uninterrupted until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

 

5. Legal Safe-Guards & Liability Limits

• Independent Operation: Parkers Pro is an independent media marketing platform. We do not guarantee a specific number of sales, conversions, or phone calls, as final closing results rely heavily on the Client's internal sales capabilities, pricing, and responsiveness.

Asset Ownership & Liability: The Client retains full responsibility for the physical execution, safety, general liability insurance, licensing, and quality of work performed for consumers sourced via these marketing pipelines. Parkers Pro is strictly a lead-generation service provider and assumes zero liability for disputes arising between the Client and their end-consumers.
